Knox Residence Office

Welcome to the Knox Residence website! Whether you are a current or prospective resident, we hope you are able to find the information you are seeking.

While in residence, students have access to support at any time of the day through the Residence Office. The Residence Office provides support to further the residence life experience and connect students to campus resources. The Residence Office team is comprised of our staff who handle daily operations along with any inquiries. All members of the Knox Residence community has a designated Don who are their first line of support. In addition, the Don on Duty is available after hours to assist with emergencies.

The Residence Office can be contacted by sending an email to info.knoxresidence@utoronto.ca or visiting the Service Desk which is located in the lobby of Knox Residence (open from 9:00am – 8:00pm every weekday (closed 1:00pm – 2:00pm for lunch) and 12:00pm – 5:00pm on weekends, excluding holidays and breaks).

HOURS OF OPERATION

The Residence Office is open from 9:00am – 8:00pm every weekday.

The office is closed every weekday from 1:00pm – 2:00pm for lunch, and 12:00pm – 5:00pm every weekend (excluding holidays and University closures).

We ask that parents and students refrain from visiting the residence until move-in day, as we are not offering tours.

Land Acknowledgment

We wish to acknowledge this land on which Knox Residence and the University of Toronto operates. For thousands of years it has been the traditional land of the Huron-Wendat, the Seneca and, most recently, the Mississaugas of the Credit River. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land.
