Last week, Team Chestnut took to the stage (aka The Great Hall at Hart House) to showcase Chef Olivia’s cheesy creation – Cheesy Deconstructed Korean Hotdog Mac ‘n’ Cheese – at the annual Mac ‘n’ Cheese Smackdown event.

We battled against some very strong contenders, all serving up delicious entries. And while Team Chestnut didn’t take home the trophy, it was winning mac ‘n’ cheese for us.
