Chestnut Conference Centre is the ideal space to host a wide range of events, from breakfast meetings, working lunches, and executive training sessions, to multi-day conferences.
Watch tv, socialize, play foosball or pool. This space is used for social activities and events for students, and is located on the main floor of the building.
Take a break, study, grab a snack or take in the amazing views from the 27th floor.
Our Study Commons offers quiet 24 hour study space to students. There is a common quiet study space with beautiful views as well as private bookable study rooms perfect for group or individual assignments.
Basic workout facility with cardio machines, free weights and universal machines. Open 24 hours.
Our studio is equipped with hardwood floors and mirrors, and is perfect for practicing yoga or dance.
Bookings are open from 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM daily in 1-hour timeslots.
Booking Policy: The studio is to be booked by one Chestnut resident but you may have up to a total of 10 people in the studio per booking. All people within the studio must be either a Chestnut resident or registered visitor of a Chestnut resident (residents must accompany their visitor at all times as per the visitor policy).
5 music rooms for student use, with 2 pianos, 1 drum set, and 2 rooms available to bring your own instrument.
A dedicated space for wellness at Chestnut, the Wellness Room is a space for residents to relax, meditate or unwind. The wellness room is located on the 28th floor next to the study rooms.

Food Services provides dining services at the New College and Chestnut Dining Halls. They also provide retail food services at Sid’s Café (located in the Sidney Smith building), Robarts Food Court (located in the Robarts Library), and the Medical Science Building Cafeteria (located in the Medical Science Building).
