Beginner Session: December 5th, 8 – 9pm
These sessions are perfect for those who are new to the gym or looking to learn the basics. We’ll cover everything from proper form and technique to setting achievable fitness goals.
Advanced Session: November 28th, 8 – 9pm
For our advanced members, these sessions will focus on more challenging workouts and techniques, helping you take your fitness to the next level. All sessions will be held in the Chestnut Residence Gym. Remember to bring your gym gear and water bottle.
